PIM可以利用各种单播路由协议建立的单播路由表来完成RPF校验功能，而不需要维护单独的组播路由表来实现组播转发。PIM使用RPF机制实现组播数据包转发。当组播数据包到达本地设备时，
首先由RPF检查：如果通过RPF检查，则创建相应的组播路由表项转发组播报文；如果RPF检查失败，消息将被丢弃。
1.要将路由器配置为HSRP备份组的成员，您可以在接口配置模式下使用以下命令：
router(config-if)# standby group-number ip ip-address
第二，为了使路由器恢复转发路由器的角色，在接口配置模式下：
router(config-if)# standy group-number preempt
3.访问时间和保留时间的参数是可配置的：
router(config-if)# standy group-number timers hellotime holdtime
第四，配置HSRP跟踪：
router(config-if)# standy group-number track type-number interface-priority
5.使用show ip igmp命令确定选定的查询者：
router# show standby type-number group brief
六、启动IP组播路由：
router(config)# ip muticast-routing
七、在界面上启动PIM:
dalllasr1(config-if)# ip pim {dense-mode|sparse-mode|sparse-dense-mode}
八、以稀疏-密集模式启动PIM:
router# ip multicast-routing
router# interface type number
router# ip pim sparse-dense-mode
九、验证PIM的配置：
dallasr1# show ip pim interface[type number] [count]
X.显示PIM邻居：
dallasr1# show ip neighbor type number
十一、为了配置RP的地址，命令如下：
dallasr1# ip pim rp-address ip-address [group-access-list-number][override]
十二、选择默认RP:
dallasr1# ip pim rp-address
十三。宣布RP及其服务的群体范围：
dallasr1# ip pim send-rp-announce type number scope ttl group-list access-list-number
十四。宣布管理范围组的RP地址：
dallasr1# ip pim send-rp-announce ethernet0 scope 16 group-list1
dallasr1# access-list 1 permit 266.0.0.0 0.255.255.255
十五、设定一个RP映像代理：

十六、核实组到RP的映像：

十七、在路由器接口上用命令ip multicast ttl-threshold ttl-value设定TTL阀值：

十八、用show ip pim neighbor显示PIM邻居表。
