解决办法
1. copy the gpedit.msc, fde.dll, gpedit.dll, gptext.dll and wsecedit.dll files in the "C:windows system 32" folder of the empirical value professional edition (to be downloaded) to the "C:windows system 32" folder of the home edition.
2.在Start-Run中运行以下命令：regsvr 32 fde.dll、regsvr 32 gpedit.dll、regsvr 32 gptext.dll和regsvr 32 wsecedit.dll分别注册这四个动态数据库。
3.复制并替换所有*。将XP专业版的“C:WINDOWSINF”文件夹中的adm文件复制到家庭版的“C:WINDOWSINF”文件夹中。
4.最后，点击“开始-运行”，输入“gpedit.msc”启动组策略。
